The rental fees for our motorcycles include the following services:
use of the rented motorcycle, with 300 km per day, and 200 HUF per kilometer above that
the cost of the Hungarian motorway vignette
compulsory third-party liability insurance and comprehensive (casco) insurance valid in all European Union countries
free use of the storage boxes and top case shown for the given motorcycle
use of a mobile phone holder on every motorcycle
What is not included in the rental fee?
fuel costs
foreign motorway vignette fees
accident and luggage insurance
official charges and fines for traffic offenses
repair costs arising from improper use.
What is the deposit, and how does it work?
The deposit covers damage caused by the renter or resulting from the renter's negligence. Depending on the rented motorcycle, it ranges between 200,000 and 400,000 HUF.
The deposit can be paid in cash when picking up the motorcycle, or by a bank card pre-authorization (hold). In the latter case no money actually moves from your account; the deposit amount is placed on hold by your bank.
After the motorcycle, its accessories, and the protective riding gear are returned undamaged, we refund the deposit or release the hold on your account.

In what cases and where is the comprehensive (casco) insurance valid?
It covers damage resulting from collision, other accidents, and theft.
In each of the above cases, the renter is liable for the damage caused up to the amount of the deposit.
Exclusions where the renter bears full liability: driving under the influence, off-road or racing use, and any incident occurring in a non-permitted country.
The contract is valid for the territory of Europe – including the entire territory of Turkey. The insurance does not cover the successor states of the former Soviet Union, except for the territories of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
Mit jelent egy bérleti nap?
24 órás időtartamot (pl. szerda 9.00 órától csütörtök 9.00 óráig)
0 – 6 órás időtartam túllépés esetén a moto24.hu rendszere automatikusan + 0,5 nap bérleti díjat számol fel.
6 óránál nagyobb időtartam túllépés esetén a moto24.hu rendszere + 1 nap bérleti díjat számol fel.
Amennyiben a késés miatt a Moto24.hu nem tudja az adott motorkerékpárt a következő, érvényes foglalással rendelkező bérlőnek átadni, az így meghiúsult bérleti díj összegét a késedelmet okozó bérlő kauciójából vonja le.
Hétvégén a Moto24.hu csak 2 napos bérleteket fogad el. A motorok átadására pénteken 14.00 órától kerül sor, visszavételére pedig hétfőn 10.00 óráig. Ebben az esetben 2 napi bérletidíj fizetendő, kérjük, figyeljen a dátumokra foglaláskor! A hétvégi össz kilométer limit 750 km.
Milyen dokumentumokra van szükség a motorbérléshez?

Tárolhatom a Moto24.hu irodájában a poggyászomat a motorozás idejére?
Természetesen, amíg Ön motorozik, poggyásza biztonságban várni fogja irodánk külön helységében.
A barátaimmal egynél több motort béreltünk a Moto24.hu-tól. Van rá lehetőség, hogy az utunk során cserélgessük őket?
Természetesen, nincs akadálya, hogy mindegyik kibérelt modellt letesztelhessék.
Hogyan tudom lemondani a foglalásomat?
A Moto24.hu mindent meg fog tenni annak érdekében, hogy a lemondott bérlést egy alkalommal megpróbálja egy olyan időpontra áthelyezni, amikor a lemondást előidéző körülmények elhárultak (sérülések, rossz idő, stb.). Ilyen esetekben az áthelyezés nem jár + költségekkel..
Ha a bérlés lemondása egy alkalomnál többször fordul elő, a moto24.hu az előlegként bevételezett összeget nem téríti vissza.
Amennyiben a teljes bérleti díj előre kifizetésre került, lemondás esetén a 30% feletti díjat visszautaljuk a bérlőnek (az utalás díja levonásra kerül a visszautalandó összegből).
